[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=10.5pt]车首先是回酒店.小曾一方面沿途介绍拉萨市的景色,一方面向我们解释高原反应的疑虑.初到高原,由于空气稀薄,含氧少,大家注意不要一下子太大动作.说话小声点,走路要像老太婆,步伐小些慢些,高原反应一般在高原处停留三四个小时后出现,如气喘,心跳加快,胸闷,心慌,血压升高,面色变红甚至变黑,口唇变紫.食欲不振,腹胀,呕吐,失眠等.当然,我们目前的感觉良好.一心在欣赏这个有一千三百多年历史的[/size][size=10.5pt]藏族自治区首府的亮丽市面风光[/size][/font][size=10.5pt].[/size][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]并照相留念[/font][/size][size=10.5pt].[/size][size=10.5pt][font=宋体]但后段话毕竟留下疑虑[/font][/size][size=10.5pt].[/size][/color]
